Policies: 30 day return or exchange policy.
Returns in new, unused condition in original packaging will be accepted. Please include your packing slip and write on the packing slip exactly what you want us to do. Returns should be sent to the above address (do not send to North Carolina). Please obtain prior approval at customerservice@NancyProtectz.com before sending anything back. If you purchased using a credit card then that same credit card will be credited upon receipt of the product. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded. There may be a restocking fee on opened packages.
Sales Tax: (Fl and NC only) Furniture Sox, LLC charges sales tax only for orders shipped to Florida and North Carolina. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with applicable state and local tax laws.
